"Yosemite Falls, Yosemite National Park, California," is a photograph by J Richard Gaskill, MD. With a drop of 2425 feet, Yosemite is the tallest waterfall in North America.  It has an upper fall, a lower fall, and a middle cascade that flows in a chasm between the two.

Dr Gaskill is a retired Otolaryngologist from the Santa Clara Medical Center, California, where he now volunteers, primarily in photography projects. Over the past 45 years he has spent many days and weeks in Yosemite with family and friends —hiking, backpacking, skiing, climbing, and snow camping—always with a camera. He is the author of a photographic book on Yosemite for the family.
